1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on a device. Similar storage and access technologies can also remember information or recognise a browser. The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), as amended including by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, require clear information and prior consent unless an exception applies.

We do not currently use advertising, analytics or social-media tracking cookies on the public website.
3. Your choices
The banner offers Accept all and Reject all with equal prominence. Rejecting does not affect the enquiry form or core website. You can also load Google Maps directly from its placeholder; this records an accepted choice.
If you change from accept to reject after Google Maps has already loaded, the website blocks further map loading, but Google may retain information already received. You can also clear site data in your browser.
4. Google information
Before choosing to load the map, you can use the separate directions link, which opens Google only when selected. Read Google’s privacy policy for its processing and controls.
