2. Website information and quotations
Website content is general information and is not a binding offer. Images illustrate previous work; materials, ground conditions and final results vary. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A quotation becomes binding only as stated in the written quotation or contract after any required survey, scope confirmation and acceptance.
Before accepting work, check that the written scope, price (including VAT where applicable), payment schedule, estimated timing, materials, access requirements, warranty and cancellation arrangements meet your needs.
3. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumer services must be performed with reasonable care and skill, information we agree you rely on may become binding, and a reasonable price and time can apply where not fixed. Remedies may include repeat performance or an appropriate price reduction where statutory conditions are met.
If a contract is made at a distance or away from our business premises, we will provide cancellation information required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you expressly ask us to start during a statutory cancellation period, you may have to pay for work properly completed before cancellation. The written contract will explain the position applicable to your project.

Please contact us promptly at carodriveway@gmail.com, giving your name, project address, the issue and the outcome sought. We will acknowledge the complaint and investigate it fairly. This process does not affect your statutory rights or right to seek independent advice.
5. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may view and print pages for personal use. Unless the law permits otherwise, you must not copy, republish, scrape, sell, disrupt or misuse the website or its content without written permission. Project images and branding belong to us or their respective licensors.
